Simple Tips

  • Chop veggies night before if you know what you are making
  • 5 veggies to always have in refrigerator: carrots (and a extra bag to juice), sweet potatoes, onions, potato, celery, lettuce, zucchini or broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes, red and green bell peppers
  • Protein Foods:  eggs, raw or non homogenized milk, frozen salmon, whole chicken, stew beef
  • Spices: garlic, curry, sea salt, sage, basil, parsley, cayenne pepper, black pepper, paprika, dill,
  • Other Foods:  maple syrup, butter or ghee, yogurt, whey, coconut oil, olive oil
