4 Week Childbirth Class Session

For those desiring a deeper understanding of the labor and birth process and birthing in the hospital setting. These classes will go over stages of labor, exercise and nutrition, medications for labor, comfort measures and positions for each stage, partner’s role during each stage, interventions and variations in labor, as well as postpartum, newborn appearance and procedures.

Classes will be 2 hours each week for 4 weeks
